Tosaf has 21 production facilities around the world; 4 of them within North America. Tosaf’s extensive North American infrastructure includes production facilities strategically positioned across the United States, emphasizing manufacturing flexibility with complete and full production lines for a variety of additives and colors that transform raw materials into smart products with customized features and capabilities. The company is well-equipped to address diverse packaging requirements, ranging from 50 lbs up to railcars across North America.
With large investment within the 4 production plants, located in Charlotte NC, Dallas TX, West Unity OH, and the most recent plant in Houston TX the company boosted its production capacity in the US by 40% in 2023. These investments involve the installation of new extruder lines at four locations, the implementation of advanced automation and control systems, and the launch of a newly commissioned lab for conducting trials for both company and customer purposes. The new added lines incorporate cutting-edge technology for additives production, with energy and water systems designed to minimize environmental impact.

An exciting addition of a new rail car loader in the Bessemer City location, allows shipping of colors, white and additives via railcar improving delivery times by optimizing logistics and efficiency,” said Arkadi Libman, COO of Tosaf Inc USA. “Minimized waste, reduced labor, optimized packaging, and efficient material movement all contribute to an overall lower carbon footprint in the applications where these materials are utilized.”
